Represented by Andrew Gotora. Commercial register: Amtsgericht Mannheim, HRB 757830. Applicable tax details and the final commercial procedures remain under review.

Delivery and payment

Pilot scope: dispatch from Germany to the 27 EU member countries using DHL. Each request still requires stock, product-restriction and DHL service checks for the exact address. Obtain the carrier quotation, delivery estimate and applicable charges before issuing a time-limited final quote. The basket delivery allowance is a planning estimate only.

Proposed: review the final quote and payment instructions directly with the shop. Card payment through Stripe is planned but is not available yet; no payment is taken on this site. Record only actual received payments with a reference; dispatch after payment and product checks. Contract formation and payment procedures must be approved before launch.

Cancellation and returns

Contact the shop with your request reference to cancel, report a problem or arrange a return. Withdrawal information/form, return-cost responsibility, applicable exceptions and refund procedures must be approved and published before commercial orders are accepted. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
